Final Project

Proposals are due Monday, (Feb 10). Please submit these in written form. You can work in groups up to three; it should be clear that working in a group of three that the project should be three times as good (at least) as one done alone. The project proposal should state (at least):

• The project members.
• A one-page description of what you hope to accomplish, including >a statement of 'one big thing' you would like to learn about AI.
• A general statement about who is doing what on the project team,
• a statement of what you're planning to do for the following week, including who will do what.

Weekly progress reports will be required every Monday starting Feb 17; That is, February 10, February 17, February 24, and March 3. March 10 is when when the project is due.

Weekly progress reports (one from each team) should include:

• the latest version of your code;
• a statement of what's different (i.e., "how you're progressing"), including who has done what;
• a statement of what you're planning to do for the following week, including who will do what.

These have to be given to me at class time on Monday.

During tenth week, you will be required to give a presentation about your final project, including a demo for class ("demo or die"). The Final project is due March 10. This should include:

• your code
• a statement of what you were trying to accomplish
• a statement of what you did accomplish
• a statement of 'one big thing' you learned about AI during this project.

This should all be in written form.
